With 27 years experience in staffing, On Site Personnel^TM, is recognized for its dedication to staffing companies and has emerged as the leader in proven and successful staffing partnerships with organizations.

Paul Nguyen, the founder and president of On Site Personnel^TM, came to this country from Vietnam at the age of 12. Always searching to learn, Paul went on to high school while learning to speak English and adapt to the American culture. As a graduate of Temple University in Engineering, Paul continued to remain close to his native Vietnamese heritage assisting those from Vietnam obtain employment on a gratuitous basis. As he continued to assist with job placements, he was asked by a potential customer to start his business as the leading provider of legal Asian personnel. Paul started his staffing career recruiting in this market and has spread to other areas of staffing personnel. His dedication and commitment to helping people and companies strive for growth is evidenced by his long term dedicated personnel and customers.
