Health Insurance & Benefits 

All new hires of On Site Personnel will be able to enroll in the Essential StaffCare Plans within 30 days of your hire date or during the open enrollment period:

1. Fixed Indemnity Medical
2. Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Wellness/Preventive Plan.

Your premium for the Fixed Indemnity Medical plan and MEC Wellness/Preventive Plan will be paid weekly monthly through a weekly payroll deduction. The Essential StaffCARE Enrollment Forms are included in your new hire materials and must be completed by electing Yes or No to benefits. Details of the plan are available here:
