1. When faced with a life threatening injury or illness, call 911. Secure yourself, the injured worker, and work environment as best as you can. Please provide first aid if possible.
- Contact your recruiters, supervisors, or account managers, or office immediately.
- Please document all conditions and circumstances of the incident.
- A formal investigation will occur once the injured is safe.
2. If you experience a non life-threatening injury or illness, please:
- Please apply first aid.
- Report the incident to the shift onsite supervisor immediately.
- Notify your On Site Personnel contact, indicating the nature of the incident, and persons involved.
- On Site provides Incident Reports to all workplaces. We advise that each report be signed off by the acting supervisor and submitted to On Site Personnel.
- In the case of any incident, drug testing must be completed within 24 hours. Employees must contact Onsite, our Safety Management team will follow up with drug testing procedures.
- Cooperate with the Safety Management team to fill out any necessary paperwork regarding the incident.
- We have medical providers available to treat you and help get you get back on track.
