Emergency Procedures

Active Incident Response (Click Here)

1. When faced with a life threatening injury or illness, call 911. Secure the injured worker and work environment. Please provide aid if possible.

  • Contact Onsite corporate office, recruiters, supervisors, or account managers, immediately.
  • Please document all conditions and circumstances of the incident. Secure footage of the incident.
  • A formal investigation will occur once the injured is safe.

2. If an employee experiences a non life-threatening injury or illness, please:

  • Report the incident to the onsite shift supervisor immediately.
  • Notify your On Site Personnel™ contact, indicating the nature of the incident, and persons involved.
  • Onsite provides Incident Reports to all workplaces. We advise that each report be signed off by the acting supervisor and submitted to On Site Personnel™.
  • Onsite reserves the right to drug screen all our employees injured while on the job. In the case of all incidents, drug testing will be completed within 24 hours. Our Safety Management team will follow up with drug testing procedures.

“Safety first!” is our motto. We strive to provide safe working conditions and care to all of our employees.

All Onsite employees are required to report all injuries to their immediate supervisor and our Human Resources team will activate response protocols immediately. An investigation and written incident report will need to be completed within 24 hours. If an incident does occur while during your operations, we have medical providers available to treat our workforce and remove any barriers for your continued operations.

Under medical permission, an employee will be permitted to return to work on partial or full duty.
