Our Temp-To-Hire / Contingent Division offers a valuable resource for clients who wish to assimilate the employee into their work environment over a trial period. It is in essence a transitionary period over a specified term which will enable the employee and the prospective employer to gauge the new employment relationship. We recruit only those specifically qualified for the position as well as those who can assimilate into the culture of the work environment. We carefully screen and qualify candidates and utilize the skills assessment testing and personality behavioral testing techniques to ensure a suitable candidate on all levels. Typically, our associates can transition to your company payroll with no obligation after a completion of 520 hours and a complete assessment and evaluation by your team.
