Absolutely. We offer many temp-to-perm or contingent positions to our employees. Many companies today are looking for that right candidate and the approximate 90 trial day term is a great option for both the individual as well as the company.
If I do not like my assignment, what can I do?
If for any reason you are not pleased with the assignment, we ask that you give us 24 hour notice before you decide not to return. Prior advanced notice allows us to fill the position and inform our Client.
If I fill out an application, will I be hired?
No. The application is the first part of the process. Our recruiters will then interview you over the phone and schedule an in person interview. Some positions require drug screening, background check, MVR check, reference check. Some other positions may require a skills assessment test which is conducted at our local offices.
Am I eligible for benefits at On Site?
On Site offers employee benefits after a certain number of worked hours. PTO ( Paid Time Off) and holiday benefits are also offered.
Are taxes taken out or are employees 1099?
Most of the positions are those where you would be an employee under the Umbrella of Onsite. We would pay all your payroll added taxes and deduct those necessary to pay the governmental organizations. Some positions are direct hire which the other company hiring us would hire you as their employee.
As an employee, is there a fee to pay?
No. On Site does not charge employees to obtain gainful employment. The fee is paid by the companies who hire us.
