On Site Personnel is seeking two experienced powder coating technicians, or industrial painters, for a toy manufacturer located in Hunt Valley, Cockeysville, MD.
Shift: 8 AM – 5 PM Monday-Friday
Compensation
$12 – $16/hour
Responsibilities
- Paint product to meet company’s high-quality standards
- Inspect parts for quality from start to finish
- Perform daily set up of paint area
- Perform daily shut down of paint area; including cleaning of equipment
- Communicate with Plant Manager
- Other duties as requested
Requirements
- Constant light lifting.
- Push/pull up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Walk, stand, bend, twist/turn, reach overhead and climb stairs
- Wear a respirator
- Previous powder coating paint experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed
- Work within a team environment with limited supervision
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to get along with others
- Open to direction and feedback from supervisors
- Reliability is a must
